Career
Christine Borfiga started her career with Bignon & Lebray beginning 1999, before joining Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, beginning 2003, then the Paris office of the British law firm Wragge&Co (now Gowling WLG), beginning 2010. She is a partner of Astine since October 2011.
Christine Borfiga advises French and foreign clients in the setting up and drafting (or termination) of their commercial contracts for the sale and distribution of their products, services, research and development and the contracts or licenses entered into with their partners or suppliers.
She also assists French or foreign software editors and IT service providers for various types of contracts (licenses, services, development, maintenance, resale, etc.), including at the stage of creation of a product, whether for software, mobile applications or APIs.
She has also developed a specific expertise in the area of data centers, e-commerce and the protection of personal data.

Rachel Ashley started her career at Bignon & Lebray in January 1998, before joining Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, end 2000, then the Parisian office of the British law firm, Wragge & Co (now Gowling WLG), beginning 2010. She is a partner of Astine since October 2011.
Rachel Ashley mainly advises international companies and groups of companies who invest in France, in particular in the industrial and service sectors, but also French companies. She offers personalised support at all stages of acquisitions or sales of companies (cross-border or domestic), due diligence processes, equity investments and partnerships.
She also assists managers and shareholders in their transfer or restructuring operations, contributions, and sales/acquisitions of businesses as going concerns or branches of activity.
Furthermore, Rachel Ashley assists clients at all stages of the life of a company, be it in the context of the setting-up or the corporate secretarial tasks of the company (boards, committees and shareholder meetings) or the day-to-day management (delegations of powers, agreements, guarantees, securities, etc.).
Finally, she assists companies having a regulated activity, in all their applications and formalities with the French authorities.

Thomas Cassagne started his career at Bignon & Lebray beginning 1999, before joining DS Avocats up until 2008, when he started his own law firm. He is a partner within Astine since January 2014.
Thomas Cassagne advises French and foreign clients in the field of commercial law (drafting of commercial contracts, leases, distribution contracts, commercial agency contracts). He also assists his clients in commercial litigation matters (contractual and tortuous liability, wrongful termination of commercial relationships, unfair competition, conflicts between partners, etc.)
